These Terms govern your use of visaremote.com (the “Site”) operated by VisaRemote(“VisaRemote”, “we”). By accessing the Site, joining the waitlist, or using the free eligibility check, you agree to these Terms.

Pre-launch nature of the service

The Site is a marketing and product-validation experience. Features described — including document generation, AI review, and full dashboard access — may be incomplete, waitlisted, or changed before general availability. We may modify or discontinue features without notice during beta.

No legal, tax, or immigration advice

VisaRemote provides software for planning and document preparation. We are not a law firm or tax advisor. Outcomes depend on consulates and your circumstances; no result is guaranteed.

Eligibility scores, blog articles, and checklists are educational tools. Consulates and immigration authorities make final decisions. Tax outcomes depend on your residency, nationality, and income structure — consult licensed professionals.

Accounts, waitlist, and eligibility check

• You agree to provide accurate information and not misuse automated signups.
• We may limit access to prevent abuse or fraud.
• Mock or preview results during MVP do not constitute a binding eligibility determination.

Pricing and payments

Prices shown (including Free, Pro, and Concierge tiers) are indicative for market validation unless you complete a paid checkout on a launched product. We reserve the right to change pricing, features, and billing intervals before and after launch. No visa approval, tax outcome, or processing time is guaranteed.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, software, and design are owned by VisaRemote or licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or resell our content or tools without written permission. Blog guides may be shared via link with attribution.

Third-party links and partners

The Site may reference accountants, insurers, or relocation partners. We are not responsible for third-party services you engage separately.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND TOOLS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VISAREMOTE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify VisaRemote against claims arising from your misuse of the Site, submission of false information, or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to VisaRemote’s operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
